1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging with any services offered by g(IRL) + Co. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a DBA of Coastal Counseling & Consulting, LLC, operated by LeeAnne Poloronis, MS.C, LMHC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Nature of Services — Coaching is Not Therapy

g(IRL) + Co. provides life coaching services. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or any form of mental health treatment. Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition. The coaching relationship is not a licensed mental health professional-client relationship, even when a coach holds a professional license in another capacity.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or require clinical mental health support, please contact a licensed mental health professional or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) immediately. g(IRL) + Co. is not equipped to provide crisis intervention services.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

All fees for coaching services are due as outlined in your coaching agreement or at the time of purchase. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for coaching sessions, programs, or digital products once purchased or delivered. If you have a billing concern, please contact us at info@girlandco.org within 7 days of the charge.

You may cancel your coaching engagement at any time. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for services already rendered or for the current billing period.

6. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of information shared during coaching sessions. However, confidentiality may be limited in circumstances where disclosure is required by law, or where there is a reasonable belief of imminent risk of harm to you or others. 7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, g(IRL) + Co., Coastal Counseling & Consulting, LLC, and LeeAnne Poloronis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of income, emotional distress, or decisions made based on coaching conversations.

You acknowledge that coaching results are not guaranteed and depend on your own effort, commitment, and circumstances. g(IRL) + Co. makes no representations or warranties regarding specific outcomes from coaching.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and course materials — is the property of g(IRL) + Co. and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Franklin County, Florida.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
