Meet LeeAnne

Hi. I’m LeeAnne.
I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a lifelong educator and therapist — a licensed mental health counselor, former teacher, former school administrator, and mom of two kids who are both in college right now. I hold an AA, a BS, and a double Master’s degree, and I work with women in college as a coach and therapist in many capacities. For over 23 years, I’ve walked alongside young women — in classrooms, counseling offices, and private practice — and I see the same thing over and over again.

She’s capable. She’s smart. She just needs someone in her corner.

LeeAnne Poloronis, LMHC

My Story

Why I built g(IRL) + Co.

I remember sitting across from a 19-year-old who had a 4.0, a plan for med school, and a group chat full of friends. On paper, she was thriving. But when I asked her how she was — really — she said, “I don’t think anyone actually knows me.” She didn’t need a therapist. She didn’t need a lecture. She needed someone who would just… stay.

That conversation changed everything for me. I built g(IRL) + Co. so no young woman has to sit in that gap alone.

I spend my days watching young women navigate the hardest transitions of their lives — graduation, college, first jobs, first heartbreaks, identity shifts — without anyone really in their corner. Not a parent (too close). Not a friend (going through the same thing). Not a therapist (not what they need).

There’s a gap. A real one. And I keep seeing women fall into it.

So I’m building a bridge for young women to get the support they need. Coaching meets them just where they are. It’s not clinical, but it’s more than what their bff can help with.

g(IRL) + Co. is the answer to the question I keep hearing: “Is there someone I can just talk to? Someone who gets it?”

Yep, I’m here for you. Coaching allows you to schedule 1:1 appointments, and Concierge-Coaching allows for a limited number of members to be on my speed dial.

My Philosophy

How I show up for her.

I meet her where she is.

Not where I think she should be. Not where her parents hope she is. Right where she actually is — and we build from there.

I don't have a script.

Every coaching relationship is built around her — her values, her goals, her story. No curriculum. No one-size-fits-all program.

Big sister energy, with professional expertise you can trust.

Not a therapist. Not a parent. Someone who's been through it, knows the terrain, and is fully in her corner.

I know when to refer out.

I'm a licensed counselor. I know the difference between coaching and clinical care — and I never blur that line.
